Honey Soy Ginger Pork Ribs


Ingredients

3lb to 5lb Rack of Ribs

4Tbsp of raw honey

1 small fresh ginger

1 sweet onion

2 Tbsp olive oil

8oz of Regular Soy sauce

1tsp of paprika

1 garlic bulb

Directions

Peel and mince all garlic, sweet onion, and Ginger Place in ziplock bag

Add all the dry and liquid ingredients in ziplock bag

Cut the ribs in small section and placed in ziplock bag and mix well

Allow minimum of 1 hour of marinating (the long the better)

Cook the ribs on grill or cast iron pan for 25 mins.
